WHy us?

At Mollman Farm, caring for our animals not only gives their life meaning but ours as well. Knowing we are giving our animals the best life possible and providing high quality meat to our customers is what it’s all about. We are extremely grateful for this way of life.

My husband always say, “If I ever have to come back as an animal, I pray I am one of yours!”

QUALITY OVER QUANTITY

Our 40 acre farm is home to a small Red Angus herd, a breeding pair of Idaho Pasture Pigs (aka IPP’s), and a flock of Australorp Chickens.

By keeping our operation small we are able to go the extra mile:

Giving them quality feed & care to produce quality meat…

Plenty of space to roam, no small pens full of muck for these critters…

And my favorite, we are able to create a bond with our animals. We get to know their personalities, not just their tag number.

COMING SOON!

Mollman Farm has a pair of breeding Idaho Pasture Pigs (IPP’s) and we are expecting our first litter in the spring!

IPP’s are comprised of Old Berkshire, Duroc and Kunekune breeds. They are a grazing pig which leads to higher omega-3 fatty acids, more marbleized than traditional pork, with deep red color and a sweeter flavor.
